3. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

898zk accepts deposits through various payment methods tailored for Indonesian players, including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking hours.

You agree that all deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where a deposit was made in error due to a technical malfunction on our end. You must deposit funds only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.

898zk does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or interbank transfer fees. You are responsible for any such charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC documentation approved).
• You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents.
• For security purposes, we may request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or unusual withdrawal patterns.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (WIB timezone). 898zk does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your bank or payment provider may apply receiving fees, which are beyond our control and are your responsibility. Withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and we reserve the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not comply with our AML policies.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses require a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x bonus amount) and specify the total amount you must wager before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Each User is eligible for one bonus per household/IP address unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 898zk services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

898zk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Underage gambling or using the services from a prohibited jurisdiction.

In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees, bonuses, or amounts owed to 898zk, provided the funds are not derived from fraudulent or prohibited activities.
